What we do

We supply Fz Si Stock Wafers we source from Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S.

We do not produce any silicon Wafers according to your specifications, but we can supply the silicon wafer in small quantities.

What we offer

Fz silicon Wafers in P-type and N-Type;
NTD or HPS;
2” - 8” in Diameter;
As Cut, Lapped, Etched, or Polished in Surface Finish;
1 Ohmcm - 50000 Ohmcm in Resistivity.

Some wafers are Prime wafers. But most of the stock wafers need reworking.
